Diana Kellogg

Diana Kellogg is a distinguished American architect, visionary designer, and social impact leader whose work seamlessly blends architectural excellence with humanitarian purpose. As the founding principal of Diana Kellogg Architects, she has cultivated a design philosophy rooted in sustainability, cultural sensitivity, and community empowerment.

Renowned for her deeply contextual approach, Kellogg’s projects often draw inspiration from local traditions, materials, and craftsmanship, resulting in structures that are not only aesthetically compelling but also socially meaningful. Her work transcends conventional architecture by addressing pressing global challenges such as education, gender equity, and sustainable development.

One of her most celebrated contributions is the Rajkumari Ratnavati Girls School, located in the desert region of Jaisalmer. This iconic, oval-shaped sandstone structure is a powerful symbol of empowerment, designed to provide free education to girls from underserved communities. The project exemplifies her commitment to creating spaces that uplift and transform lives, particularly for marginalized groups.

Kellogg’s work has garnered international acclaim for its innovation and impact, positioning her as a leading voice in socially responsible architecture. Her designs are not merely buildings—they are instruments of change, fostering dignity, opportunity, and resilience within communities.

Through her practice, Diana Kellogg continues to redefine the role of architecture in society, demonstrating how thoughtful design can become a catalyst for lasting social progress.

Empowering the socio-economically excluded, marginalized and, underprivileged children and their communities with contemporary education and skills.
